Ian Kaneshige
President
Originally from Bayonne, NJ, Ian Kaneshige moved to Central Florida in 2014 with his wife and three daughters. He served on Active Duty in the US Navy from 1998 to 2007 and has been a Licensed Realtor since 2008 in NY, NJ, CA, and FL. Ian has specialized in building and selling custom homes since 2012. As Kevco’s customer liaison, he works closely with clients and the construction team to ensure a smooth, seamless custom home experience.
Phil Fern
VP Operations
Phil Fern is a licensed building contractor and real estate agent with over 30 years of combined experience in commercial and residential construction. As Kevco’s qualifying agent, he oversees every phase of construction with the management team, upholding the highest standards in each custom home. For Phil, building quality homes is more than a job—it’s his passion.
